THE PASCO FINE ARTS COUNCIL, WAS CREATED BY THE PASCO COUNTY COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE ON SEPTEMBER 1, 1978 AS THE ARTS ENTITY FOR PASCO COUNTY AND WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ART EDUCATION TO THE COMMUNITY, ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN THE ARTS, AND TO BE A LEADER IN STIMULATING ART AND CULTURAL ENTITIES THROUGHOUT PASCO COUNTY.

FROM THIS COUNCIL SPRUNG THE PASCO FINE ARTS CENTER WHERE EXHIBITIONS OF LOCAL AND RENOWNED ARTISTS HAVE EXHIBITED,  AND A FULL SCHEDULE OF YEAR-ROUND VISUAL ART INSTRUCTIONS, WORKSHOPS, DEMONSTRATIONS AND PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN ARE PROVIDED.
